Free your team to focus on what actually matters.

Technology advisory and process improvement for small businesses.

I help small businesses figure out which problems are actually worth solving — and build the right solution.

I spent nearly 30 years in technology — at startups, mid-size companies, and Fortune 100s — building systems, improving processes, figuring out what actually works for the people using it. Now I do that for you.

I look at how you operate, find where time and effort are going that shouldn't be, and figure out the right fix — whether that's automation, better tools, or just a simpler process.

How It Works

Simple process. Real results.

01

Discover

I start with a conversation, not a sales pitch. I learn how your business actually runs, where time gets wasted, and what's slowing things down.

02

Design

I identify the highest-impact opportunities and build a clear, prioritized plan. You'll know exactly what gets built, why, and what results to expect.

03

Deliver

I build and deploy working solutions in your environment. You see results in weeks, not months. Then we optimize and expand from there.

What I Do

Services

Technology Advisory

A straight answer on where technology can actually help your business and where it can't. Whether you're evaluating tools, vetting software, or trying to figure out if AI is worth it for your situation, I'll tell you what I actually think.

Business Process Automation

I map where your team's time is actually going, identify what should be running automatically, and build the fix. The work that used to take hours doesn't have to. The result is yours. No monthly platform fee required to keep it working. Less busywork. More time on what actually moves your business forward.

Custom AI Agents & Workflows

Intelligent systems that handle customer inquiries, process documents, route orders, or extract data. Solutions you own, not dependencies you rent.

Document processing that used to take a full day, handled in minutes. Customer questions answered without someone babysitting an inbox. Repetitive tasks, judgment calls, multi-step workflows. If your team is doing it by hand on a regular basis, it's worth looking at.

Not sure which fits? Let's talk.

Who I Work With

If any of this sounds familiar, we should talk.

You're manually moving data between systems that should talk to each other.

Your team answers the same questions every day.

You bought a tool that was supposed to solve the problem. Your team isn't using it.

Your manual workarounds worked when you were smaller. Now they're slowing you down.

You keep hearing about AI and feel like you're falling behind but you're not sure what to do about it.

You're evaluating software and want a straight answer not a vendor demo.

About

Nearly 30 years at the intersection of technology and business.

I started my career as a programmer, moved into business-side roles to get closer to customers, and spent the majority of my career bridging the gap between engineering teams and the people they build for.

That range of experience is wide by design. I've installed the first point-of-sale system for a Mom-and-Pop bookstore and helped roll out enterprise-wide clinical trial management software at a Fortune 100. I've taught 90-year-old residents of a retirement community how to send their first emails. What that taught me: the technology is rarely the hard part. Getting people to actually use it is.

I've worked with teams who were excited about what was coming and teams who were scared of it. I know how to speak both languages and how to implement changes without leaving your team behind.

That's what I bring to every engagement: the judgment to know which problems are worth solving, which solutions will actually work, and whether technology is even the right answer.

I don't have a methodology to sell you. I have 30 years of knowing what works.

You focus on what matters.
I handle the rest.
