Do you do gift messaging and ship directly to my recipient? Yes! Let us know what you'd like us to handwrite/print on a small notecard in the NOTE TO SELLER box on the CART PAGE, including if we are signing your name. We'll wrap up your items nicely and make sure your recipient has a memorable unboxing experience :)

How long does shipping within USA take? We pack and ship orders within 1 business day from your order, (weekends and holidays are not business days), and then it takes USPS, UPS or FedEx anywhere from 1-5 business days to deliver it to you, depending on your location within the US. You can upgrade your shipping at checkout for faster delivery.

What's the status of my order? You should have received a shipping notification when your order shipped. Please check your email including your spam folder for an email from "1240 East." In that email is a tracking number that you can click on and check the status of your delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policies for estimated shipping times.

I checked tracking on my order and tracking status hasn't changed. It can take USPS/UPS/FedEx up to 24 hours to update tracking. If after 7 business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are NOT business days) your order still hasn't arrived, please contact the shop.

Something I want is out of stock. Any idea when you’ll be restocking it? Out-of-stock items may or not be restocked. We try to rotate our Makers to bring a variety of items to the shop. We may restock really popular items so if you have a restock request, feel free to contact us and we'd be happy to look into it for you. You can also go directly to the Maker's website or Etsy shop and buy directly from them.

I make handmade goods. Are you open to carrying new lines? We'd be happy to consider your items if they're a good fit for 1240 East. Please contact us and send us links to your items along with pricing, minimums, and lead times.
